BND report to UN secretary general about Albanian bribery
The report of German intelligence agency BND showed that Ahtisaari was heavily bribed during his status as a mediator for Kosovo status.
The BND report has been sent to Ban Ki-moon, secretary general of the UN. German agents did an investigation, following request of Ban Ki-moon, and discovered that 2 million Euros have been transferred from the account 239700-93457-00097, in Basel, Switzerland, account of Ekshet Boria, right hand of Albanian mafia, to account 3459346699004533, codename VOLANND, of a Cyprus bank.
BND agents noticed that on 12th of February 2007, at 6:23pm, jeep with registration plate PR-443-22CD, belonging to Albanian government, has arrived in front of Ahtisaari office. Two men with two silver-coloured suitcases, which a source inside building said were full of cash, were given to Ahtisaari.
Similarly, on 24th of February 2007, 17:44 pm, black mercedes with no plates was noticed, with Ekshet Boria and two silver-coloured suitcases, which were again delivered to Ahtisaari.
Agents discovered that all four suitcases, protected as diplomatic packages, were transfered to Finland.
On 28th of February, 23:47 pm, a KFOR jeep was noticed, with two young girls and one Boria bodyguard entering Ahtisaari building. Girls were in Ahtisaari rooms until 5:17am next morning, when they left with the same car, according to BND agents report.
